Return policy
Pro-go will not accept returns unless product was received damaged by shipment. In the event you received damaged merchandise, basic proof of purchase must be presented upon return. Original receipts, email addresses and products are required to complete returns.
Returned items must have all original parts and be sent back with all accessories, packaging, etc.To obtain return instructions, please send us an email before returning the merchandise to contact@pro-go.net.
